LeMieux has an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter looking for a new challenge in a fast-growing global equestrian company. We have an ambitious vision and are looking to add to our 180-strong HQ team to achieve it. You’ll be working across the business to ensure we attract and retain the best talent and ultimately, help make LeMieux the most exciting equestrian brand on the planet. Role Overview: As the Recruitment lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our organisation’s talent attraction and recruitment strategies, with responsibility for identifying, attracting, developing, and retaining top talent whilst fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation and striving to jump higher.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future talent and hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process from job creation to candidate onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to write detailed and accurate job descriptions.
- Implement and follow hiring and recruitment policies for internal and external hires.
- Ensure recruitment practices promote diversity, equity and inclusion in hiring.
- Monitor and report on recruitment and agency spend.
- Proactively seek out and headhunt desirable candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Seek out suitable agency partners where applicable and negotiate favourable terms.
- Ensure all candidates receive best-in-class experience and communication from application through to offer or rejection, irrespective of role or outcome.
- Partner with HR to manage Company LinkedIn pages.
- Build, champion and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent across various channels, such as social media, online job boards, and careers events.
- Implement succession planning initiatives to identify potential high-performing employees and develop talent pipeline for key roles in line with business core skills requirements.
- Promote a culture of career development and progression by providing resources, support, and opportunity for current employees to expand their skillset and enable growth.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Support wider HR team with any other HR tasks as required or appropriate.
Suitable applicants will display the following skills and experience:
- Evidence of continued professional development in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR related fields.
- Proven experience in leading end-to-end recruitment processes in fast paced environment.
- Strong track record of successfully developing and executing recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Previous experience managing relationships with recruitment agencies, including negotiation of terms.
- Working knowledge of embedding DEI best practises into hiring processes.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain a strong employer brand across multiple channels.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple vacancies at once.
- Understanding of the broader HR function and its connection to recruitment and retention.
- Equestrian experience is preferred.
