This is a full-time ON-SITE role for an Estimator - Commercial Flooring located in Romford. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for flooring projects, communicating effectively with clients and team members. Daily tasks include:
- Reviewing project specifications
- Quantifying materials
- Obtaining project pricing
- Performing site visits
- Collaborating with the project management team
Qualifications:
- Experience in Construction Estimating and Budgeting
- Strong Communication skills
- Knowledge of Floor Finishes and application in Fit Out
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site in Romford, Greater London
- Relevant qualifications in construction or related field
