Starting Salary £12.97 increasing to £17.51 after 4 full completed weeks. 3 days on 3 days off 6am to 6pm & 3 nights on 3 nights off 6pm to 6am.

The Process Technician is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the production process which involves creating finished soft drinks to a world class standard. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of health and safety in the workplace, ensuring that the health and safety culture is embedded in every aspect of the job role, ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of laboratory testing, recipe standards, and food safety culture and hygiene. Ideally, the candidate will have a strong grasp of the English language and will be able to communicate in an effective manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain production equipment
  • Conduct laboratory tests on raw materials and finished products
  • Ensure that all products meet the required quality standards
  • Make decisions based on data to optimize the production process
  • Work under pressure without compromising the final product
  • Work safely as part of a small team
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment (clean as you go)
  • Comply with all food safety regulations
  • Prioritising workload to meet production demands
  • Weighing of ingredients accurately to a set recipe formula
