My client is looking for a driven individual to join a vibrant building surveying team in the heart of London. You will deliver high-end residential and commercial projects across the capital, working on an impressive client portfolio.

As a Graduate / Intermediate Building Surveyor, you’ll be hands-on in delivering a wide range of surveying services, including:
- Project management and contract administration (up to £3.5m+)
- Design, specification, and oversight of maintenance works
- Surveys: condition, pre-acquisition, reinstatement cost, and planned maintenance
- Party Wall matters, Licence for Alterations, Insurance reinstatements
- Working with an exciting client list in Central London
- RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying (or equivalent)
- Strong MS Office skills – especially Word and Excel
- Basic construction and building services knowledge
- Strong communication, literacy, and problem-solving skills
- Enthusiastic, professional, and eager to learn
- Experience with AutoCAD or similar
- Industry placement or work experience
- A clean driving licence
- London-based or within a 1-hour commute
