Current situation & Opportunity
November 2024, TAG launched GATE+ to focus on creative production craft excellence, enhancing the work and reputation of its production platform, TAG. This initiative combines the group\’s creative and strategic expertise with innovative production capabilities, technological proficiency, and world-class craftsmanship, ultimately addressing the growing demand from clients for a unified solution that seamlessly integrates agency and production.
As creative and production teams collaborate earlier in the process, the traditional boundaries between pitches, decks, and creative solutions need to blur—especially when enhanced by the power of AI as a concepting tool. This creates an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to help establish, visually present, and communicate this crossover in GATE+ presentations. We are seeking someone who is a visualizer at heart, skilled in design & image research but forward-thinking enough to harness emerging tools to elevate our responses.
The Role
Pitch deck designer/researcherwill craft compelling pitch decks, treatments, and presentations that align with GATE+’s visual identity, presenting our ideas and solutions to clients briefs, and beyond. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented designer to shape GATE+’s creative identity, blend cutting-edge tools with exceptional craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Presentation Design: Create visually compelling pitch documents, decks, and treatments from brief to submission.
- Visual Research: Exceptional skills in sourcing both still and moving image reference.
- Innovation: Introduce fresh, innovative visual ideas and integrate AI to elevate creative responses.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teams across levels to ensure pitches align with expectations and meet high creative standards.
- Creative Understanding: Design responses to briefs with a focus on delivering exceptional solutions, ensuring consistency with style guides or creative direction.
- Project Ownership: Lead pitch design from concept to delivery, ensuring efficient workflows and best practices.
- Problem-Solving: Maintain a calm, solutions-oriented approach when facing last-minute changes or challenges.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven history & success working in the filmmaking, production, agency field crafting winning pitches and delivering standout visual research, design, and creativity.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in creative production.
- Design and artistic skills, with knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple materials, tasks and projects simultaneously, As well as managing existing materials and assets.
- Be able to work across a suite of varying tools including but not limited to, Adobe Suite, Google Slides, PowerPoint, KeyNote, etc.
