My client, a leading commodities trading organisation based within the city of London, are currently looking for a HR Advisor & Talent Acquisition professional to join the team on a permanent basis. The role will be focused on recruiting top talent for their London office as well being involved in a variety of HR duties.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Support onboarding and coach managers on recruitment best practices
- Maintain HR systems and employee records, ensuring compliance with employment law
- Produce regular HR reports and support compensation benchmarking
- Lead recruitment campaigns and manage end-to-end hiring processes
- Contribute to HR projects, wellbeing initiatives, and employee engagement
- Handle visa applications and manage external recruitment relationships
- Stay up to date with employment legislation and company policies
Essential Skills & Experience:
- CIPD qualified or studying towards
- Proven HR recruitment experience with a strategic mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
