The Company: Our business began life in 1892, since then we’ve developed our crafts to realise any vision. We deliver exceptional outcomes on a wide variety of design & build, new-build, restoration & refurbishment projects, from turnkey maintenance services to complex schemes up to £30m. Beard was founded on a simple idea – to build ambitious spaces. Today, that’s paired with the promise of prompt and faultless delivery. We understand how these concepts are brought to life by people living well and working with purpose. Through learning, performing and connecting. People are at the heart of all we do. But serving them fully requires courage to challenge. To think differently. To act differently.

Job Purpose: Managing the design process from the pre-construction stage to provide compliant, accurate and timely design information using experience, knowledge and technical expertise.

  • Car allowance
  • 27 days plus 8 bank holiday
  • Paid sick leave (after qualifying period)
  • Pension - company contributions x 1.5 employee contribution. Up to a maximum of 7.5% (5% employee contribution)
