Job Requirements

  • Good Excel skills are essential
  • PC skills, Profiling laptops, Asset tagging, Graphs and good analytical and report writing skills
  • Creating and Updating Documentation
  • Supplier and devices/accessories identification, Ordering, requesting Purchase orders, working with Other departments to complete the purchasing process
  • Working with the Senior Asset and licensing officer to chase suppliers and planning stock requirements
  • Taking deliveries
  • Asset management, delivery of hardware, warehousing, asset disposal
  • Software installation following instructions
