15-30 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours. £12.21* per hour plus an average bonus of 89p per hour (*rising to £12.51 on successful completion of probation period).

As a Retail Sales Colleague, no prior tech knowledge is required. All new colleagues attend a two to three-day induction, either virtually or at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham, where you’ll gain skills to sell, serve, and support our customers. We prepare you with supplier training, product demos, and testing the latest products to ensure you’re confident in your recommendations.

Our Sales Colleagues work flexibly across our opening hours, typically including weekends. Our stores are open 7 days a week, generally from 9 am to 8 pm, with local variations.

  • Asking the right questions to match customers with products.
  • Making every customer interaction memorable.
  • Offering support services like delivery, installation, recycling, and payment options.
  • Contributing to the store’s sales performance.
  • Working across different departments and product ranges.
  • Supporting store operations with various tasks.
