They're now seeking a Director of Group Financial Reporting (GFR) - a strategically important role, ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, international environments and wants to make a visible impact in the luxury space.
The Opportunity
Reporting into the Vice President, Group Financial Controller, the Director of GFR will lead on all aspects of group financial reporting across a portfolio of premium global brands. This is a key leadership role responsible for:
- Owning and professionalising group statutory reporting, controls, and audit processes
- Leading IFRS technical research and providing guidance on M&A, capital allocation and potential exit events
- Overseeing the reporting aspects of an ongoing finance transformation programme
- Supporting development of a 5- and 10-year IFRS-compliant financial model covering P&L, balance sheet and cashflow across brands, functions, and regions
- Working closely with FP&A and the wider global finance function to ensure a consistent, integrated reporting approach
About You
We're looking for a confident and experienced senior finance professional who can combine strong technical acumen with strategic thinking and collaborative leadership. You'll likely have:
- 10+ years' experience in senior group financial reporting roles
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Deep knowledge of IFRS and group consolidations in a complex, multi-entity environment
- Experience influencing across global teams and driving change
- A commercial mindset and the confidence to operate with senior stakeholders including investors and the board
- Previous experience in the luxury or premium consumer sectors is desirable but not essential
