We are currently looking for ambitious and sales-driven individuals to join our Hitchin office as trainee recruitment consultants. We do not require prior recruitment experience or qualifications; we are looking for individuals who display the following qualities:

Due to continuous growth, TFS Healthcare is looking to take on a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in our new Hitchin office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wishes to join a highly successful healthcare recruitment agency specialised in placing nurses within the NHS and private sector.

We train and develop all our recruitment consultants through our experienced managers and L&D department. If you are looking for a change in career or have finished studying and want to earn well and progress rapidly, then TFS Healthcare is the one.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is now looking for their next step, whether you have recently graduated or just want to be involved in a more target-driven environment. You will need to be an excellent team player and able to work both as part of a team and individually to meet targets. You will be:

  • Attracting candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Building relationships with both candidates and clients.
  • Qualifying your candidates and submitting them into positions that are suited to their experience.
  • Juggling different candidates at different stages of the recruitment process.
  • Attending client visits.
