Job Purpose and Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic, motivated, high-performing HR professional to work with Croner clients, providing documentation support. The HR Office Documentation Consultant will support clients by creating and amending employment contracts and policies. The position is based at our Hinckley office.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Respond to client requests in line with company SLA
- Create employment documentation or critique client documents to meet their needs, following Croner’s policies and procedures
- Provide timely and comprehensive HR support to clients
- Liaise with clients via phone and email, handling queries appropriately
- Meet deadlines and targets
- Attend team meetings as required
- Record work using the designated systems
What You Bring to the Team
- Experience in employment law and/or a human resource role
- Ideally degree-qualified and CIPD certified
- Thorough knowledge of employment practices
- Professional approach and confident communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Willingness to travel
