We are working with a leading and innovative insurance Lloyds syndicate who requires a Claims Operations Technician to join their market-leading claims team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute your skills and knowledge in a dynamic environment, supporting the future direction of the claims function and delivering service excellence to customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting with the resolution of claim data quality issues, ensuring timely receipt and tracking of claims data through market platforms
- Supporting onboarding and due diligence processes for delegated claims administrators (DCA)
- Assisting in coordination of delegated claims audits, peer reviews, and following up on DCA actions
- Providing and presenting management information to internal stakeholders; assisting with claims data collation and validation for regulatory reporting
- Monitoring loss fund balances, assessing funding adequacy, and identifying reconciliation issues
- Liaising with claims and wider business stakeholders to understand risks and challenges related to outsourced claims arrangements, supporting remediation plans and resolution delivery
- Performing day-to-day operations across various workstreams to ensure claims team meets service level standards

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident in interacting with all levels of staff and external stakeholders
- Ability to manage own workload and prioritise tasks effectively
