The Supplier Manager, EMEA plays a critical role in shaping and strengthening TBR’s supplier network across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. This position is not just about managing suppliers, it’s about strategically optimising relationships, ensuring seamless operational performance, and driving value through collaboration, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring alignment with TBR’s proposition, values and service excellence
  • Be the primary point of contact for supplier communication and performance management
  • Identify, qualify, and onboard preferred supplier partners in key markets to enhance service reliability
  • Lead supplier sourcing and expansion efforts to optimise network coverage
  • Build a database of potential affiliates in key cities for TBR to target
  • Identify and resolve underperforming markets, leading conversion improvement initiatives across EMEA
  • Reduce operational costs by enhancing supplier efficiency, renegotiating rates, and expanding TBR’s supplier network
  • Negotiate competitive supplier agreements while ensuring compliance with licensing, insurance, and regulatory requirements
  • Drive cost-efficiency and commercial improvements, contributing to overall margin growth
  • Implement robust performance tracking via Supplier Scorecards, focusing on punctuality, service quality, and operational reliability
  • Take proactive steps to improve low-performing markets, ensuring supplier readiness during high-demand periods and events
  • Own supplier contract negotiations, SLAs, and renewal cycles across the region
  • Oversee compliance mechanisms to ensure up-to-date supplier licensing and insurance documentation, mitigating risks
  • Support ESG initiatives, working with suppliers to integrate sustainable practices
  • Drive supplier accountability in ethical and environmental sustainability efforts
  • Monitor compliance across TBR’s affiliate network, ensuring all required licenses and insurance documents are current and valid
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of affiliate documentation for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory alignment
  • Maintain and update compliance databases, ensuring all affiliate records are organised and up to date
  • Communicate directly with affiliates regarding upcoming expirations, missing documents, or compliance issues
