We are looking for an experienced project administrator to join our team. The role will be a hybrid working arrangement. You will be expected to work from our Manchester City Centre office at least two days per week. Occasionally, you may also be required to work in Huddersfield.
You will provide administrative support to our engineers and carry out general administrative tasks to support overall business processes. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and qualifications.

Your role will involve:
- Providing administrative support to our team
- Scheduling and arranging meetings, including preparing meeting materials
- Taking and producing accurate meeting minutes and action lists
- Assisting with the preparation of site visit notes and other technical documents
- Supporting our training business by booking venues, managing course registrations and updating marketing literature
- Monitoring and responding to general enquiry email accounts
- Tracking and following up on outstanding actions and deadlines
- Managing travel bookings and other logistical arrangements for staff
- Assisting with updating quality procedures and administrative instructions
- Carrying out any other relevant administrative tasks as required
