This internationally renowned business is on a mission to innovate, grow, and redefine how consumers experience its iconic brand. The team is now seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for a 6-12 months fixed term contract to help bring their exciting innovation pipeline to life. This is a hybrid role with occasional travel to key markets and manufacturing sites.

Reporting into the Head of Innovation Programme Management, you’ll be a key player in delivering complex innovation and NPD projects across global markets. From early-stage idea generation to commercial launch, you’ll lead cross-functional teams to ensure delivery is timely, on-brief and commercially viable.

You’ll work across disruptive innovations, tech-heavy projects and category-defining concepts, navigating ambiguity, driving pace, and aligning stakeholders. With a strong grip on both operational execution and strategic priorities, you’ll be the connector between central functions, local markets and supply chain teams. This is a high-impact, global-facing role that requires resilience, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of FMCG project delivery!

You’re a confident and capable Senior Project or Programme Manager with a strong track record of leading innovation or NPD projects within a fast-paced FMCG environment. You bring experience in both agile and traditional stage-gate methodologies, and know how to flex your approach depending on the complexity and scope of the project.

Commercially minded and operationally sharp, you’re confident managing financials, navigating complex stakeholder groups and resolving issues before they escalate. You can balance creativity with rigour, and are comfortable making decisions at speed.
