Join Ventro and Firntec - an exciting group of companies focused on fire-safety services. We're looking for an experienced Lead Fire Strategy Manager to join our Fire and Building Safety team. This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role while working on varied and challenging projects.

Day-to-day responsibilities:
You'll be working on a variety of fire safety projects, developing comprehensive fire strategy documents and safety management plans for new and existing buildings. A big part of the role involves providing fire safety advice to clients throughout the design, construction, and occupancy stages of their projects. You'll oversee work from both internal team members and external consultants, while also contributing to the development of our internal fire safety policies and procedures. Regular one-to-ones with your team of Senior Fire Strategy Consultants will be part of your weekly routine, along with validating fire safety reports and ensuring all advice stays within your scope of competence. When needed, you'll carry out complex Fire Risk Assessments across different sectors and help manage stakeholder expectations around our services. You'll also be involved in delivering fire safety training to non-technical audiences, both internally and for clients.
What you'll need:
Experience:
- Substantial experience in fire strategy and design work
- Level 5+ fire safety qualification is preferred
- Strong background reviewing fire strategies and engineering designs
- Experience with both residential and commercial properties
Skills:
- Good understanding of external walls and compartmentation
- Strong technical knowledge of fire safety and risk management
- Excellent report writing and communication skills
- Well organised with attention to detail
- Valid driving licence
