We’re looking for a Data & Insights Manager to lead a talented team, drive data strategy, and get hands-on with cutting-edge data tools.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading a small but talented team, helping them grow, collaborate, and deliver high-quality data solutions.
- Diving into data, uncovering insights, and making a real impact across the business.
- Driving the company’s data strategy, ensuring everything is scalable, reliable, and forward-thinking.
- Championing a data-driven culture, empowering teams to use data with confidence and keeping an eye on emerging trends like AI.

What experience you’ll need to apply:
- Experience working as a Data Insight Manager, Data Manager or similar.
- Experience with Python and SQL.
- Strong background working with Google’s data stack (BigQuery, Dataform, Looker Studio).
- A deep understanding of data science, data engineering, and analytics with hands-on experience working with real-world datasets.
- Experience leading and mentoring data teams, with a passion for developing people.
What you’ll get in return:
- A salary of up to £80,000 per annum.
- An amazing office including food, flexibility for things like school runs and the need to be at home when required, but working from the office 5 days a week where possible.
