This position is for an award-winning, professional team of conveyancing, solicitor lawyers and legal experts. They have been leading solicitors across Cheshire and are now looking to add an experienced conveyancer to their 120 strong legal team. What you’ll be doing:

As a Senior Fee Earning Conveyancer, you have a mixed caseload of Freeholds and Leaseholds. Managing on a day to day basis a caseload which includes all aspects of the conveyancing transaction from instruction to completion, registration and closure of the file. Drafting legal documents including Standard Precedent Letters, Contract Packs, Title Reports, Exchange and Completion letters, general correspondence, and Land Registry and HMRC forms. Applying for searches to include Land Registry and Pre-Completion. Complete SDLT forms. Competent with company sales and purchases, some commercial experience is an advantage. The ability to deal with the following without supervision: shared ownership sales and purchases, newbuilds, transfer of equity, adverse possession, transfer of part and remortgages.
