We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Salesforce Architect to join a leading UK bank undergoing a major digital transformation. This role is pivotal in shaping the bank's Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that align with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and design end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Financial Services Cloud.
- Lead the technical strategy and roadmap for Salesforce within the bank's digital transformation programme.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable architecture.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, data protection laws (e.g., GDPR), and internal security standards.
- Provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers, admins, and integration specialists.
- Oversee integration with core banking systems, third-party APIs, and enterprise platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, AWS, Azure).
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and innovations, advising on their applicability to the bank's ecosystem.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, ideally in the banking or financial services sector.

- Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is highly desirable.
