A leading B2B SaaS firm is seeking a UI Designer to help craft intuitive, high-impact user interfaces across web, desktop, and mobile platforms. This is a great opportunity to solve complex design challenges and shape user experiences for high-profile enterprise customers. You’ll work closely with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers in an agile, customer-focused environment to evolve the company’s design system and deliver polished, accessible, and consistent visual experiences. You’ll be needed in their London office twice a week. There is no flex on this. Sponsorship is NOT being offered.
THE ROLE
- Design pixel-perfect UI mockups, icons, illustrations, and visual assets
- Define and refine the company’s visual language and design system
- Apply best practices in layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and motion
- Translate concepts and interaction flows into elegant, functional designs
- Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG, WAI-ARIA) are met
- Maintain design consistency across products while iterating quickly
THE CANDIDATE
- At least 3–4 years of UI design experience (web, mobile, desktop)
- Strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern interface work
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.
- Strong foundation in typography, color theory, and visual design
- Ability to produce illustrations, icons, and high-fidelity mockups
- Experience contributing to design systems and/or Motion Design experience is a bonus
- Any previous/recent B2B SaaS experience would be a big bonus also
