The Partridge, Stretton, is our restaurant with 10 newly refurbished bedrooms and plans to develop and extend the site further in the next 12 months. We are seeking a strong Chef de Partie to join our long-standing team and strengthen it for the future.
Hours: 40 hours per week plus overtime
Pay: Up to £12.50 per hour plus gratuity
Live-in accommodation available.
The role includes:
- Preparation and execution of high-quality food for our guests, achieving our service goals.
- Effectively managing a section of a busy kitchen, including handling orders, managing workload, and maintaining standards.
- Assisting the Sous Chef with creating daily specials and evolving the menu.
- Running an individual section of the kitchen.
- Collaborating with junior team members to promote learning and development.
- Leading by example with kindness and professionalism.
- Assisting colleagues with record keeping, deep cleaning, and H&S compliance.
