Are you a driven and organised Fee Earner with a background in personal injury claims? We’re looking for someone to join a busy and supportive team in Warrington, where you’ll be managing your own caseload and making a real impact.
What you'll be doing:
- Handling a caseload of pre- and post-litigation personal injury claims (mainly RTA, with potential for EL/PL)
- Running files from instruction through to settlement
- Drafting documents including witness statements, instructions to counsel, and court forms
- Negotiating settlements and liaising with clients, insurers, and third parties
- Ensuring compliance with relevant procedures and deadlines
What we're looking for:
- Experience managing your own personal injury caseload (ideally RTA)
- Strong working knowledge of the MOJ Portal and/or the CPR
- Confident communicator with excellent client care skills
- Proactive, organised, and able to work independently
- Litigation experience is desirable but not essential
