My client is a highly regarded pensions consultancy with a growing pensions de-risking and post-transaction team. Due to this growth, they seek an experienced defined benefit person to join their team.

As an Assistant Consultant, your duties will include:

  • Working closely with trustees and insurers to help navigate schemes through buy-in, buy-out and wind up
  • Supporting Project Leaders with project plans, initiation documents, update reports and issue logs
  • Circulating follow up actions to all concerned parties
  • Facilitating project meetings, distributing agendas and follow up notes
  • Producing project reports
  • General support duties

Applicants must possess defined benefit pensions experience and a keen desire to develop. Strong organisation, planning, and communication skills are imperative as well as the ability to multi-task, manage documentation and work to defined time targets.
