Progress Teachers are currently seeking an experienced Behaviour Mentor to work within a mainstream Leicestershire Secondary School. The successful candidate will work closely with pupils with challenging behaviours, supporting them to engage well with their learning and make positive academic and personal progress. Your role will include: Behavioural Support: * Implementing effective behaviour management strategies to foster positive student behaviour. * Providing one-on-one or small-group interventions to address behavioural challenges. * Collaborating with teachers and support staff to develop and implement behaviour support plans.
