We are recruiting for 2 x full time (Mon-Fri) and 1 x part time (3 days per week Mon – Wed) As an Occupational Health Nurse Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and maintaining the health and safety of our workforce. You will collaborate with employees, management, and stakeholders to implement effective occupational health programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and fostering a culture of well-being within the organisation. Key Points ie: Specific Requirements or Qualifications – Occupational Health qualified Duties will include but are not limited to Conduct comprehensive health assessments including pre-employment screenings and periodic health check-ups. Provide expert guidance on Occupational Health issues. Delevop and deliver well-being initiatives to enhance to enhance employee awareness and engagement Essential: NMC and Occupational Health Qualification Driving Licence Registered General Nurse and hold or be working towards a degree or diploma (or equivalent) in Occupational Health. Experience working as an Occupational Health Nurse Advisor would be preferred In-depth knowledge of occupational health regulations, standards, and best practices. You will need to be a proactive, friendly, and professional person who is confident managing their own workload. Benefits: Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
