The Opportunity
The corporate team in London advises on the full range of mid market M&A, private equity and transactional work. The work is often international and their client base includes large international corporates, family offices, fast-growth companies and individuals. The work is varied and the team has ambitions to grow. The hire is due to growth within the team and this opportunity can offer a Senior Corporate Associate top quality mid market corporate work in a supportive and collegiate environment. The corporate team has a client focused approach and all members of the team have a hands-on role with nurturing and developing clients. They are keen to see corporate associates who have experience working closely with clients and who are proactive with business development initiatives.
Requirements
