Description du poste :
- Poste temps plein, temporaire
- Offrir constamment un service professionnel, engageant et amical
- Connaître parfaitement tous les articles du menu, leur contenu et leur mode de préparation
- Préparer des cafés de spécialité et servir des articles à emporter
- Effectuer les tâches d'ouverture, de nettoyage et de fermeture
- Signaler toute irrégularité ou tout commentaire des clients
Qualifications :
- Excellentes aptitudes à communiquer à l’oral en français et en anglais, afin de comprendre et discuter aisément avec une clientèle internationale, de façon régulière.
- Un an minimum d’expérience à titre de Barista dans une maison de café.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et en autonomie.
- Capacité à anticiper et à analyser le besoin du client, adopter en toutes circonstances un comportement et une présentation professionnels en cohérence avec l’image de l’entreprise.
- Bonne connaissance et exécution des recettes de cafés et boissons de spécialité chaudes et glacées.
- Votre passion pour le café et le service à la clientèle est contagieux.
