Machine Setter Operator Roles and Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor machinery, including milling machines and tooling equipment, to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
- Assemble components accurately to specifications, using SolidWorks and CAD software for precise measurement and alignment.
- Perform regular machine inspections and carry out routine maintenance to keep equipment in top condition.
- Safely handle materials and follow all health and safety procedures during the production process.
