We’re recruiting on behalf of a global cybersecurity leader to find a skilled Senior Bid & Proposal Specialist to join their EMEA Deal Support team on a 10–12 month fixed-term contract. If you thrive managing complex bid responses, enjoy collaborating with globally distributed teams, and have a knack for producing high-quality proposals, this could be your ideal next role.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and coordinate the full bid and proposal lifecycle across EMEA
- Manage RFx, security assessments, and supplier due diligence from start to finish
- Run kick-off and review meetings, identify key win themes
- Work with SMEs and stakeholders to develop compelling, compliant responses
- Ensure consistency in tone, structure, branding, and quality across all submissions
- Support deals across enterprise and public sector clients
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in bid/proposal management or security engineering
- Excellent writing, editing, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Salesforce, Office 365, and proposal tools
- Fluent English (German/French a plus)
- Strong understanding of InfoSec, SaaS, and data protection standards
- Previous experience with SIGs or similar security assessments
Location: Hybrid working – 2 days per week in the London office, with flexibility on other days.
