Location: Hinkley Point C Site, Hybrid role - On site 3 days per week. Arrangement: Permanent

NUVIA UK's Technical Services & Consulting department is fast growing with hybrid opportunities available up and down the country. Join us as an embedded Training Instructor and become part of one of the most exciting and ambitious infrastructure projects in the UK. At Hinkley Point C (HPC), they are constructing two new nuclear reactors – the first in a new generation of nuclear power stations – helping Britain reach Net Zero by supplying low-carbon electricity to around six million homes.

As a Training Instructor, you’ll be part of the Nuclear Skills Alliance (NSA) EPR Project Training Team, supporting the HPC Construction and Commissioning Operations (CommOps) organisation. You’ll play a hands-on role in developing, delivering and managing training that enables individuals and teams to thrive in a high-performance, safety-critical environment. What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Designing and delivering engaging, accurate training materials using the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT)
  • Running classroom-based and simulated training sessions with confidence and clarity
  • Managing training plans and schedules to meet evolving business needs
  • Supporting the transition to operational readiness with robust training preparation
  • Representing the NSA EPR Project Training Team at key meetings and stakeholder forums
  • Working closely with subject matter experts, external providers and internal stakeholders to maintain quality and compliance
  • Keeping clear, up-to-date records of training completion and progress
  • Driving SMART actions and following them through to successful delivery
