Your role in our mission:
- Lead initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy using system controls, frequent cycle counts, and weekly reconciliation protocols.
- Apply Excel-based tools (Power Query, VBA, pivot tables, nested formulas) to monitor KPIs, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain and improve the Moveware platform, ensuring complete, up-to-date inventory records.
- Perform database uploads/downloads (.xls, .csv, SQL) with a focus on data validation and error resolution.
- Integrate inventory data across platforms (e.g., Google Sheets, internal systems) for operational transparency.
- Develop comprehensive reports and interactive dashboards to support internal teams and high-profile clients.
- Use historical trend analysis and predictive modeling to inform decisions related to logistics, capacity planning, and risk mitigation.
- Oversee and execute complex, high-volume art collection projects, including condition reporting, domestic and international movement coordination, and client reporting.
- Use a structured project management approach to balance deadlines, resources, and client expectations.
- Act as a critical liaison between Operations, Client Services, and Project Management.
- Ensure seamless communication through precise documentation and real-time data access.
- Maintain a solutions-oriented mindset that prioritizes both client needs and internal efficiency.
