This includes headline venues like the Wolverhampton Wanderers Megastore and the Elvis Evolution Merchandise Store at London’s ExCel Waterfront—plus a variety of event-led retail operations.

Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you’ll lead from the front: driving performance, managing P&Ls, ensuring site compliance, and inspiring high-performing teams to deliver standout customer experiences. This is a brilliant opportunity to shape the future of our retail operations as part of a bold, ambitious business. If you’re ready to make an impact and grow with us, we’d love to hear from you.

Duties

  • Lead the implementation of the retail strategy across multiple sites, translating goals into actionable plans.
  • Act as the senior point of contact for partners, ensuring strong relationships and smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Own site P&Ls, driving financial performance and ensuring delivery against key KPIs.
  • Oversee trade planning, budgeting, inventory, and compliance to ensure all sites meet brand, operational, and customer service standards.
  • Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, E-Commerce, and Marketing to optimise product mix, pricing, promotions, and in-store execution.
  • Lead, develop, and support store teams, fostering an inclusive culture and managing scheduling, recruitment, and performance.
  • Use data to monitor site performance, identify opportunities, and drive process improvements.
  • Support new store openings, refurbishments, and wider strategic projects in line with our growth plans.

  • An inspiring people leader with a track record of developing talent and motivating teams to deliver results.
  • Skilled in time management, cost control, and operational efficiency.
  • Deep understanding of retail KPIs, stock control, compliance, and exceptional customer service standards.
  • Agile and adaptable, comfortable navigating change and shifting priorities.
  • Strong communicator with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
