What You’ll Be Doing:

  • End-to-End Project Management: Take ownership of projects from inception to resolution, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for clients.
  • Research & Liaison: Conduct thorough research using various bank systems and collaborate with internal business partners to provide accurate responses to client inquiries.
  • Client Communication: Respond to inquiries from clients and Sales partners, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
  • Conflict Resolution: Proactively resolve conflicts while escalating any concerns that may impact the client experience.
