In this role, you will work within the Inspection Operations team gaining valuable experience and building connections. You will look at the process for inspection, capture defects in audits, look at how we measure checks and analyse warranty and dealer data. The opportunity for hands-on learning will allow you to develop your skills at a faster pace. Everything you need for success is available to you here, with time on the job being utilised to its fullest potential.
What will you do
To excel in this role, you’ll need to be driven, self-motivated, possess good attention to detail and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills. This role requires an individual who can communicate cross functionally with people at all levels, to relay your findings and solutions. Working within the Plant Quality Team, you’ll support and provide solutions for issues/problems raised within your remit.
Qualifications
- A degree in Engineering
- Proficient use of Excel and PowerPoint
- Enthusiasm and motivation for working at Aston Martin Lagonda
- Taking accountability and having an analytical mindset to problem-solve issues by collaboratively working with different groups of people
- Ability to work with others cross functionally and communicate well across all levels
