We are recruiting a financial adviser on a full or part time basis to join a thriving, customer centric firm in Hatfield. Located close to the station, with modern offices and a supportive and cohesive team to take you to success. They offer an uncapped, generous commission structure, full admin and paraplanning support and individual career progression tracks including the potential to become a profit share or equity share partner. Key Responsibilities as a Financial Advisor: * Provide high quality holistic financial advice in line with company standards. * Work in partnership with the admin and paraplanning team. * Prospecting new clients and gaining referrals to generate new business. * Carry out CPD to maintain relevant and up to date skills and knowledge. Requirement Skills & Qualifications for a Financial Advisor: * Must hold a DipFA or equivalent Level 4 qualification for financial advice. * Some experience providing advice. Previous experience of giving financial advice considered. * Outstanding communication and customer service skills. Benefits for a Financial Advisor: * Basic salary of £40,000 to £60,000 depending on experience. * Part time available on pro rata basis.
