A dynamic UK consultancy with a presence across EMEA is expanding its design team and seeking skilled and experienced Revit Technicians. This initial 6-month contract offers a remote working arrangement, a competitive day rate, and an immediate start.
Role Overview:
The selected Revit Technician will be instrumental in creating detailed, high-quality drawings for a range of technology projects within the hyperscale Data Centre sector. Responsibilities include generating design layouts, plans, sections, elevations, details, and schematics from preliminary status to tender using provided markups. This role demands independence, collaboration with the design team, and ensuring all outputs meet company and client standards within strict deadlines, involving daily communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce highly detailed Revit drawings and model elements accurately.
- Identify issues and review clash reports on BIM360.
- Participate in BIM coordination and collaboration.
- Maintain a high level of written and spoken English.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Essential experience in ICT or MEP; candidates with Infrastructure experience are also considered.
- Experience working on Data Centre and Workplace projects.
