About the Role
We’re looking for an HR Administrator who has strong hands-on experience in Workday to join a busy HR Operations team. Based in the London office, you’ll play a key role in supporting the full employee life cycle, ensuring HR processes and data are maintained to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the processing of new hires, leavers, internal moves, and any contractual updates in Workday, making sure all records are kept accurate and up to date.
- Serve as the primary contact for employees and managers, assisting with Workday self-service and resolving related queries.
- Support day-to-day HR questions and ensure employee files and HR data are properly maintained.
- Help with HR reporting and provide administrative support across the HR team as needed.
- Own specific HR Operations tasks — such as administering employee benefits or Early Careers programs.
- Get involved in HR initiatives and help drive improvements to processes and ways of working.
Key Experience & Skills
- Essential hands-on experience using Workday – minimum 1 year.
- Proven experience working in an HR Operations team.
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR compliance requirements.
- Experience in processing contracts on Workday.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and working with HR ticketing systems.
