Position Summary: We are seeking a tech-savvy, energetic, and enthusiastic Events Sales Coordinator to support the events sales team in managing client communication, sales coordination, and event logistics. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, F&B, or administrative roles looking to grow in a dynamic environment. Candidates with experience as a hostess or team leader in hotel F&B will also be considered, provided they demonstrate strong potential.
Please apply only if you're comfortable with the fixed salary of AED 6,000/month. No negotiation will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in sales proposals, client follow-ups, and event coordination tasks
- Support end-to-end event logistics, documentation, and internal communication
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, client materials, and event files
- Handle email communication and coordination in a professional manner
- Assist with on-site event execution as required
- Collaborate across departments (marketing, F&B, operations) to ensure seamless delivery
- Participate in team briefings and contribute to client servicing
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Events, or related field
- Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years’ experience in relevant roles encouraged to apply
- Hotel F&B background (hostess or team leader) is a plus
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Tech-savvy, well-organized, and confident communicator
- Must be aged between 24–26 years
- Energetic, sporty, and customer-focused personality
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced team environment
Shortlisted candidates will complete a case study during the interview, covering: Objection handling, Email writing, Coordination simulation.
Please Note: If you are shortlisted, we will provide a one-way economy-class ticket from your home country to Dubai. You will receive one month of complimentary stay in our staff accommodation. After the first month, should you wish to remain in staff housing, a charge of AED 2,000 per month will apply.
