Annapurna Recruitment is supporting a global engineering leader in the search for a Learning and Development Content Creator to design impactful, scalable learning solutions for a multinational workforce. This person will play a key role in delivering content that supports the global roll-out of the SuccessFactors HRIS system across 38 countries and in 13 languages.
What You’ll Do
- Design engaging L&D materials including e-learning modules, instructional videos, guides, and microlearning content
- Lead content creation to support the SuccessFactors HRIS training implementation globally
- Build a scalable, self-serve knowledge base for post-rollout BAU learning support
- Leverage AI tools to personalise and scale learning design
- Manage localisation and translation of content for regional use
- Develop Train-the-Trainer resources and support local facilitators
- Collaborate with SMEs and HR teams to define learning objectives
- Apply analytics and feedback to continuously improve training materials
- Ensure cultural relevance and brand consistency across all formats
