Responsibilities:
- Building and scheduling content changes in CMS systems for all Kurt Geiger domains, Shoeaholics and Carvela.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to align with campaign launches and site refreshes.
- Troubleshoot any on-site bugs and assist Digital Operations Manager and Digital Brand Protection & Production Co-ordinator to resolve.
- Being a CMS superuser for our websites and apps to provide support and knowledge across the business of content change possibilities.
- Be a contributing player as we expand our global presence.
- Production, testing and deployment of onsite promotions and affiliate codes.
- On-going QA and monitoring of all website content and proper functionality.
- Research market competitors and report to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Digital Brand Protection & Production Co-Ordinator to analyse content changes using Contentsquare to support trade decisions.
- Supporting the Senior Digital Operations Manager and Digital Brand Protection & Production Co-ordinator and help coordinate their workload.
- Maintain digital content files ensuring proper organisation.

- Ability to troubleshoot and identify issues and knowing when to escalate issues.

- Experience with CMS systems and Contentsquare preferable but not required.
