Main Duties:
- To provide support to the sales and business development team
The Role:
- To assist the sales and business development managers
- To identify possible leads for prospective customers
- To generate price lists and quotations for customer orders
- To process customer orders and purchase orders through the system
- To monitor sales performance and competitor activity
- To manage and organise distribution of product samples in line with client request and company policy
- To update the system accordingly with purchase orders, shipments and deliveries
The Candidate:
- Fluent in a second European language in addition to English
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role - Essential
- Experience in the packaging industry - Beneficial
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- IT literate and good Excel skills
The Salary: circa £30,000 per annum
