The role:
Carlisle Support Services is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join our Merseyrail team, working with our prestigious client. If this sounds like you, and youβre willing to learn new skills to develop your career, we promise to provide full training and all the support youβll need to help you succeed.
Location: Base of Liverpool Central station but could be deployed to another station in the city centre including Moorfields.
Pay: Β£12.49 per hour.
Hours: Shifts will cover across 7 days a week that could include 05:30am starts or midnight finishes.
Your core responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing guidance, information, and directing customers as a first point of contact.
- Delivering excellent customer service and knowledge.
- Assisting passengers with prams, luggage, etc., as required.
- Managing safety and security processes and procedures.
- Monitoring and controlling crowds.
- Ensuring safe entry and exit of passengers.
- Managing conflicts and resolving problems.
- Working effectively as part of a team.

- Experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
