Few&Far are working with an exciting mission-led B2C eCommerce subscription company (B Corp Certified) scale-up - who are hiring a Permanent Product Manager.
Role Overview:
- Up to £65K per annum (no flexibility), hybrid working (London x2 a week)
- Internal facing product role, supporting technology used by sourcing, supply chain, fulfilment, warehouse and logistics teams
- Deliver scalable, intuitive tools and platforms to enable them to operate efficiently as they scale
- Lead daily delivery of the roadmap, with immediate ownership of ERP implementation (currently in vendor selection process)
- Joining a 3-person Product Team (2 PMs, 1 Designer, and Product Director), working closely with Eng team to design, prioritise and deliver scalable backend and ops tools
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable product requirements
Essential Experience:
- ERP implementation: experience delivering ERP systems / operational platforms
- Physical product exposure: such as operations, fulfilment, or supply chain environments where physical products are moved
- D2C/B2C Experience (subscriptions is a plus)
- Stakeholder communication: Ability to confidently push back on out-of-scope requests or unclear ownership during ERP deployment
- End-to-end Product experience, with strong product delivery skills
