We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Solar EPC Project Manager to spearhead the successful execution of utility-scale solar PV projects across the UK. You will lead the full EPC lifecycle—from contract handover through commissioning and energization—ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance, cost control, and stakeholder satisfaction throughout.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end EPC project delivery for ground-mounted solar PV systems from NTP to handover.
  • Lead coordination between internal engineering teams, procurement departments, civil and electrical subcontractors, and third-party suppliers.
  • Track construction progress and resolve bottlenecks to ensure adherence to timelines, budget, and quality KPIs.
  • Oversee UK permitting processes, environmental and HSE regulations, CDM requirements, and DNO/grid connection compliance.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor execution, safety, subcontractor performance, and BoP scope progress.
  • Maintain close communication with the client and project stakeholders to ensure expectations are managed and exceeded.
  • Lead internal and external progress meetings, reporting risks, mitigation actions, and project forecasts.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in EPC project management for utility-scale solar PV projects, ideally 10+ MWp per site, in the UK or similar jurisdictions.
  • Strong command of the solar EPC lifecycle, UK planning and permitting frameworks, and grid connection standards.
  • Familiar with project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project), QHSE processes, and contract administration (FIDIC/NEC).
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and multitasking skills under high-demand project timelines.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • UK work authorization required.
  • Willingness to travel to solar project sites across the UK.
