Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Senior Stakeholders globally to shape and deliver people strategies aligned to business goals.
- Act as a coach and thought partner to leadership.
- Drive a strong culture of continuous improvement and accountability, celebrating behaviours.
- Lead and implement global talent initiatives i.e. talent management, succession planning, performance management, leadership development.
- Provide second level operational HR support to People Managers on Employee Relations and people issues.
- Provide insight and data-driven advice, supporting business and workforce transformation.
