We are 4Com; an award winning, market leading telecoms company that are currently going through an exciting period of growth. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that daily sales figures are accurately tracked, that internal teams are supported, and that all necessary sales documentation is organised and up to date. This position requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in Excel, and an ability to communicate effectively with the sales team and other internal departments and have a focused and driven mindset on achieving targets and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and update daily sales figures, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting.
- Presenting sales performance statistics at stakeholder meetings.
- Proactively conduct follow up calls to customers when required to get sales onto installs and deal with any questions or queries.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure sales are accurately recorded and called in on time.
- Conduct follow up calls with customers to gather feedback after appointments.
- Compile and prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for the weekly sales meetings held on Fridays.
- Actively chase paperwork from the sales team to ensure all necessary documentation is submitted in a timely manner.
- Maintain and organise sales related paperwork and files, ensuring they are up to date and accessible.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed, including preparing reports, managing schedules, and handling day to day tasks.
- Utilise Excel to create and manage spreadsheets, track performance metrics, and analyse data to support decision making.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience working in a sales environment preferably face to face.
- Proven experience in a sales role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating and managing spreadsheets, and working with data.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
