We’re looking for a Global People Technology Project Manager to join our team and deliver innovative, people-focused solutions at both regional and global levels. What You’ll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of HR technology enhancement and expansion projects.
  • Manage full project lifecycles—from planning and design to delivery, change, and release management.
  • Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, and business functions.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, testing protocols, and deployment strategies.
  • Champion user adoption and continuous improvement through effective change management.
  • Provide clear, consistent communication and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate contributions from multiple teams to ensure project success.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience managing HR technology projects, ideally with SaaS platforms such as Oracle (preferred), Workday, or SAP.
