Cash Box Credit Union operates a Hybrid working policy, with employees working part of the week remotely and part of the week in the office.

The Role
Cash Box Credit Union is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Member Services Officer to join our team to provide excellent customer service to our members. The successful candidate will handle all member enquiries including face to face, telephone, instant messaging and email enquiries. Carry out general administration duties including processing new applications (loans & savings) and maintaining up to date records and represent the organisation at external events as required.
About you
We are looking for someone with a confident and helpful manner, with a willingness to learn and with a positive attitude to change. Previous experience of working with customers and working within the financial services sector would be beneficial but is not essential.
