What You'll Be Doing
- Leading quality assurance activities across the full product lifecycle.
- Creating and maintaining Quality Surveillance Plans (QSPs).
- Leading key project reviews (MRR, IRR, TRR, DRB, etc.).
- Writing inspection instructions and managing incoming inspection plans.
- Reviewing technical work instructions for quality compliance.
- Managing non-conformances and driving root cause analysis.
- Leading Internal Review Boards and implementing lessons learned.
- Reporting on Quality KPIs and supporting performance dialogues.
- Acting as the QA lead for critical movements in production.
